1. Return Policy

   • • Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
   • • Customized or altered poshaks are not eligible for return.
2. Handmade Products
   • • All our poshaks are handcrafted with love, so slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.
3. Exchange
   • • Exchanges are only possible if the product is defective or damaged during delivery, and must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
4. Shipping
   • • We ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner.
   • • Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.
5. Payments
   • • All payments must be made in full before dispatch.
   • • We accept UPI, cards, and other secure payment options as shown on the checkout page.
